Our strength lies in our staff. Many of our employees have been with us two, three and even four decades. These are the people who provide, service to our clients with a professional and courteous attitude.

In order to provide our clients with the best services available, the Outland group remains on the cutting edge of technology. Our files and archives are cloud-based, which allows us to access them anytime, anyplace, anywhere. Using our services is just a click away.
Facilitating this is our state-of-the-art multi-monitor review system, which allows us to electronically review 24 X 36-inch surveys, title reports, and comments all at the same time. All corresponding documents such as title commitments and other Record Documents are digitally stored for quick retrieval.

Ransomware, computer viruses, and other technology threats are a constant concern in today’s business environment. For each corporate office, Outland Enterprises has a team IT personnel available to ensure all safety measures are being followed and to continuously train employees about everchanging threats that face our organization. They work in tandem with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to protect the overall integrity of our network systems. The use of self-sufficient power generators and cloud-based data storage lessens the threat of data loss, corruption, or prolonged downtime by having both current and archived data available any time, any place, anywhere. It also allows us to have uninterrupted communication with our clients.
OUR PROMISE
A story is told of a man who owned a very valuable diamond, one of the rarest and most perfect in the world. One day the diamond fell, and a deep scratch marred its face. The man summoned the best diamond experts in the world to determine if the blemish could be corrected. All the experts agreed that the scratch could not be repaired without cutting away a large portion of the diamond. This would reduce the value of the diamond immensely.
An old expert appeared and assured the man that he could fix the diamond without reducing its value. Even though the owner and others were skeptical, the self-confidence of the old expert convinced the owner to let the old man take the diamond. In a few days, the artisan returned with the diamond. To the amazement and joy of the owner, the ugly scratch was gone. In its place was etched a beautiful rose. The former scratch had become the stem of an exquisite flower.
Sometimes an error we make may temporarily mar our reputations. However, if we continue to have self-confidence, we also will turn the ugly scratch into something beautiful.
Outland Enterprises has had its share of scratches over the last 60 years, but we believe that with each scratch, we’re one step closer to becoming the best at what we do. That’s why we strive to provide our clients – Our best and only our best.
